About a year and a half ago a girl got really drunk at a hotel party and passed out, and 2 or her friends were their with her. There were 3 guys their, and one had sex with her, then him and another one had sex with her at the same time, then one of them had sex with her again. Her friends and the other guy just let it happen and watched and laughed, when the girl how was passed out, when she was sober made it clear to everyone in that hotel that she was not to be having sex with anyone at all.


When she woke up the next morning, she was naked in between the two guys, and felt wrong, dirty, degraded, and a feeling that really cant be described, but she knew something wasn't right, though she had no memory of the night before. Her friends and the guys proceeded to tell her and laugh at her. For a long while after that she felt depressed and betrayed and exposed and dirty and nasty and wrong, but she didn't know why, she just thought she was a slut.


She kept learning details over time from her friends that where there. Several months later one of her friends confessed that during the whole thing, she was limp, laying there, passed out, no response while two guys penetrated her. This was what made the girl really think about weather it was just a drunken night of embarrassment or weather it was something wrong that happened.


She's asked several people and some say she was raped, others say they've heard that story before and that she is just embarrassed about it. Though that's not like her to be embarrassed about something like that, she doesn't know what to think. So is it rape or was it sex?

As others have pointed out the girl's two friends and the non-penetrative male are also guilty of offences which I would imagine will vary depending on local laws, but as TCL says they are accomplices. They did nothing to prevent the crime taking place to begin with, and the fact that they have failed to report it is also an offence.

OP - if you are the girl in question you should go to the police without any doubts or fears.

If you are one of the three males or other two females involved in this story you should feel very guilty and ashamed of yourself - and very afraid of the fact that if the girl who was raped does go to the police you will almost certainly face charges.

Perhaps you ought to think about turning yourself in. It would appear that you are still in contact with the poor girl who was gang-raped, so maybe you should speak to her and tell her of your intention.

 

obviously rape the interesting question comes when a girl is drunk but consents is that rape? she obviously is under the influence and cannot give a reasoned answer and therefore cannot consent

 

Pretty simple to understand the situation, It's rape.

And her friends should be ashamed of just standing by and letting it happen, They may not know it, But it will effect them just as much.. So it will be her who gets the last laugh.. But only if they were or are going to be charged..

 

I sincerely hope she goes to the police, and that all of them face charges.
Paybacks are a bitch, and I can imagine that there are a lot of men in prison who could return the favor, and show those assholes what rape feels like.
I also hope she sues each and every one of them.

Call it what you will, but the way the OP described the incident, it sounds more like this person is fishing for a response to some kind of fantasy and not actual events.
If this night really happened OP, then as all the above posters have said, it's rape. If it did not occur, then move yourself over to the stories section. There are plenty of stories about rape/non consent, humiliation and so on....

As for this post ... did you get into the model glue drawer again ??? If your reasoning were sound, one would be able to use that to fight an impaired driving charge as well or anything else while under the influence due to diminished capacity.
